§ 14-65. Liability for damages.

This article shall not be construed to relieve from or lessen the responsibility of any person installing, operating or controlling any electrical wiring or apparatus for damage to anyone injured thereby, nor shall the city be held as assuming any liability because of the inspection authorized in this article or any certificate or permit issued pursuant to this article.
