§ 14-130. Suspension or revocation; right of appeal.

Any permit issued pursuant to this division shall be suspended for any misrepresentation in the permit application. If the authority having jurisdiction determines that any misrepresentation or material error is intentional, the permit shall be revoked. Any person whose permit has been suspended or revoked by the authority having jurisdiction pursuant to this section shall have the right to appeal this decision to the building official and then, if necessary, to the city-appointed electrical board.
