    (1)

The electrician shall submit evidence satisfactory to a majority of the board of electrical examiners that the electrician's license or certificate of registration was issued under regulations at least as restrictive as those required by the city in this division for issuance of a license and that an electrician holding a license issued by this city would be permitted to apply for and receive a similar certificate of registration or license in such other city under the reciprocal agreement.

    (2)

The electrician shall pay the license fee required and comply with all other requirements of this article.

The electrician shall submit a letter from the electrical inspector or the board of electrical examiners of the applicant's home city attesting to the fact that the applicant had successfully passed an appropriate written examination, giving the date the examination was administered and the passing score. Such information will be presented to the building official/inspection services department of the city where application is being made, whereby the information may be presented to the electrical examiners board.

    (c)

The city reserves the right to exclude any individual coming within the provisions of the reciprocal agreement for valid and factual reasons.
