§ 72-39. Casing.

All casing, including surface protection and production strings, shall be either seamless steel or equivalent quality oil well casing. Each a production string of casing must comply with at least the following minimum internal pressure yield strength, computed in accordance with A.P.I. standards:

Each joint and length of each particular casing string shall, prior to setting, unconditionally pass a complete cold water test.
