§ 72-48. Fences.

The owners of each well shall upon completion enclose said well together with all surface facilities and storage tanks, with a heavy steel fence, a minimum of [eight feet] with all gates to be kept locked, except when the permittee or his employees are in actuality with the enclosure. The fence shall be a sight-baring fence when it is located within an area, which is zoned single-family, duplex or apartment. [It] shall be the responsibility of the permittee to maintain the fence to the satisfaction of the oil and gas inspector.
